Silvia Morrison Since 1987 I've worked as a sous chef and pastry chef. Starting out in Vancouver at various locals I trained and enjoyed the art of cooking for 10 years. Coming back to Prince George in 1997 I created and ran Café Voltaire at Books and company managing a popular eatery focusing on healthy ethnic and local cuisine for 11 years. After a brief hiatus I became Sassafas Savouries pastry chef / baker for a number of years, and then focused my attention on other employment in health and education. I now ply my skills as a chef at retreats and as a personal chef. I am well versed in gluten free, vegetarian and keto diets. I enjoy nourishing people with healing foods.
